- Ceiling fan blades (washed)
- Light fixtures (hand washed in place / not removed)
- Blinds and shutters (vacuumed or washed) Mini-Blinds (dusted and washed )
- Woodwork, and window sills (hand washed or wiped)
- Closets(emptied, vacuumed.)
- Spot-clean walls where we can reach for marks and scuffs. Stains, corrosion, mold, calcium build-up, or any other material NOT included in what we clean.
- Wipe down all interior doors and doorknobs.
- Wipe out all cabinets, shelves, and drawers (inside and outside).
- Clean glass doors.
- Dust and clean vent covers.
- Empty all trash cans and dispose of any leftover debris.
- Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
- Lamp and lampshades (dusted or vacuumed with attachment)
- Pictures and knick-knacks (hand wiped)
- Furniture (polished, fronts, sides, legs and or vacuumed)
- Stovetop and drip pans scrubbed
- All Cabinet inside and out cleaned.
- All doors (washed)
- Light switch plates (washed)
- Countertops and backsplashes (washed)
- Mirrors (Windexed all the way to top*)
- Wipe down light switches, outlets, and cover plates.
- Tub / Shower tiles (double scrubbed if build up)
- Wastebaskets (emptied / washed/relined)
- Beds made (includes master and 1 additional bed)
- Stairs (vacuumed, wood washed)
- Floors (vacuumed if carpet, mopped if tile and washed if wood, includes closets)
- Vacuum all carpet crevices (crevice along the edge where bugs, animal hair, carpet fibers collect)
- Inside of the Stove, Microwave and Fridge(fridge boards included) cleaned.
- CLEANING WINDOWS/WINDOW Screens IS EXTRA.
- ANYTHING EXTERIOR OF THE HOME IS EXTRA

*Shampoo-ing and deep cleaning of carpets cost $50 extra per room.
If you want the inside of cabinets, drawers and shelves wiped down and cleaned, the shelves, cabinets and drawers must be empty or it will not be included. ALSO THE HOUSE MUST BE EMPTY.
